About Us

Foreclosed House Renovations is a locally-owned business founded in 2004. Its owners, Bart Crockett and Kevin Chandler, have roots that run deep in our communities and know the importance of quickly renovating vacant and deteriorating properties. After all, our neighborhoods are counting on it.

Foreclosed House Renovations, with a good eye for investment property, began to notice that many houses in poor condition could be quickly and cost effectively brought into code compliance and given the curb appeal needed for fast resale.

We put our experience and expertise to work for others who have the liquidity to purchase houses in foreclosure and make the repairs and renovations necessary to bring it to sale or rental condition. While foreclosures are truly unfortunate for the families and neighborhoods impacted by them, it is critical to invest in these foreclosed properties and put them back to work for the community. Nothing can destroy a neighborhood like a vacant property.

Our job is to take a bad situation and make it good. Good for the neighborhood, good for a new family in need of housing, and good for you in getting a fast and fair return on your investment.

We do it all – from code compliance, demolition, waste removal, window replacement, new kitchens, baths, family rooms – the whole works. Our experience will keep your costs down while getting the job done in a way that makes the property appealing and comfortable while staying within a tight budget.
